Shut
Down ICQ (make sure there is no flower in your system tray)
Open Windows Explorer
Browse to your ICQ\NewDB Directory (Usually C:\Program
Files\ICQ\NewDB )
Delete the following files:
########his.dat
########his.idx
Where
######## is your ICQ UIN
