`ICQ Offline Messages`

Problem: Users are not receiving events sent while they were offline

Cause: The problem is server-related and is affecting all ICQ users. It is unfortunately not a problem that can be easily fixed and Mirabilis is aware of the problem.

Solution:

This problem is related to the ICQ server and cannot be fixed from the end-user side.
We suggest you use email for important offline messages wherever possible. ICQ Offline messages should not be relied upon for important information.

Almost all offline messages will be eventually delivered, it's just a question of when. Try staying online for extended periods, or disconnecting and reconnecting to the ICQ server. These methods however do not guarantee you will receive your message.
