Contact List Icons:


The house icon (House) means the user has an ICQ Homepage activated.
Click on the user name that has a house icon beside it and select the Homepage tab to open the link to the user's homepage. For more information on the ICQ Personal Homepage click here.


The balloon icon (Balloon) means it is the user's birthday.


A telephone icon (Phone) in the System button indicates to other users that you are available on the telephone.
he telephone icon means the user is available for regular telephony.
To set your telephone status:
  1. Click on the Services button  in the ICQ window and select the Phone "Follow Me" tab
  2. Select the My Phone Status tab and choose either:
  • Don't Show
  • Available
  • Busy
If you select Busy a phone icon with a red X overlaid on it (Phone Busy) indicates to other users that you are presently not available to talk on the phone.

Search Icons:


During regular or white pages search:
The green flower (Online) means the user is online

The red flower (Offline) means the user is offline
The white flower (Indicator Disabled) means the user has chosen to disable the online viewing of his status (Web Aware)
